Dhalsim's Standing Light Punch. A fast close-range poke. Useful as a quick reversal attempt when the opponent closes in, and as a punish tool against low-height Teleports.
How to Use
Use it to punish a Teleport landing near you when you could not react in time for a heavier button. Can chain into 2LP or link into specials at close range.
